Overview
A Collective Agreement (CA) is the written contract negotiated through collective bargaining (of CUEFA and CUE Administration) which sets out terms and conditions of employment of CUEFA members. The CA covers areas such as: salary, benefits, work load, disciplinary actions and job security, advacement in rank, intellectual property agreements.
Current Collective Agreement
The current collective agreement was ratified on April 14, 2026. It covers the period from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2029.
